U.S. National Science Foundation Daniel K. Inouye Solar Telescope Begins Science Operations Commissioning Phase

A high-resolution image of solar sunspots captured by the Inouye Solar Telescope on 11 May 2021 (not from the first science observation). The data leading to this image were acquired with the Visible Broadband Imager blue channel at a wavelength of 450 nanometers.
