Video footage from a drone shows building C of the AURA Recinto in La Serena, Chile. Building C was built at the end of the 1990s and was originally named Gemini Observatory South Base Facility (SBF). This building houses the Gemini South Control Room, an AURA Lecture Hall, and the SBF Engineering Lab. In this video, you can see its backyard which includes a type of endangered palm tree known as Palma Chilena that is protected by Chilean Law.
