The venue for the meeting is The Westward Look Resort Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa. Situated on 80-acres at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains and surrounded by the natural environment of the Sonoran Desert.
We have obtained a room block at a lower than normal rate. The single/double room rate is $104/night. This rate is subject to applicable state and local taxes and fees in effect at the time of check-in. We recommend booking your room soon, discounted rates will be available if booking before September 10, 2023.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Guests can check luggage with the front desk and they are welcome to use public spaces (with complimentary Wi-Fi) if they arrive early and are awaiting a room for check-in at 4:00 pm.
As part of the hotel amenities, computer Wi-Fi in the guest room is complimentary. Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided for those who are registered in-person for the three days of the workshop.
